D.C. United announced today that Branko Bošković has undergone successful surgery to repair a torn left Anterior Cruciate Ligament. The procedure was performed by Doctor James Gilbert of Metro Orthopedics and Sports Therapy in Silver Spring, Md. The Montenegrin National Team player suffered the injury on April 26 in a Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup play-in match against the New England Revolution. ...more...

D.C. United midfielder Branko Boskovic will be sidelined for about six months following surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. The 30-year-old Montenegrin was injured during a U.S. Open Cup qualifier against New England on April 26. Boskovic, who joined D.C.
